Since 2017 visits follow a written checklist agreed at intake: kitchens, baths, floors, dusting heights, and optional interior windows. We bring supplies unless you request specific brands for allergy reasons.

Keys and alarm codes are stored encrypted in a job ledger — paper backup in a locked cabinet. Same crew preference is honoured when schedules align.
